Fastech Direct Mold Orthotic Program

This system also known as the Fastech F.O.P or Full Orthotic Program. Simply stated, it is all the equipment, materials, and training needed to be able to produce a functional foot orthotic, in your office/facility, in minutes, at a minimal cost to you. The ability to direct mold a foot orthotic is based on the patented process awarded to Fastech founder, Glenn Cumberland. Being able to "Direct Mold" an orthotic is more acurate, cost effective and to the client, means minutes instead of weeks! The Full Orthotic Program is not only an excellent service to offer your cliental, but has proven to be substantial profit center for the office/facility.  In the case of large institutions, it could be a great dollar savings to the athletic program.  The simplicity of the program allows all key personnel to be trained and confident in the ability to make and dispense a functional foot orthotic. Fastech has designed and manufactures all direct mold products from the latest "state of the art" materials. We are the manufacture so we can address specific needs you may have.  The minimum equipment needed to make a custom foot orthotic includes; convection oven (hospital rated), molding pillow system, and a grinder with self contained dust collector.
