Direct Mold Orthotic Products

All the foot support products and equipment (except the grinder) used with the Fastech direct Mold Orthotic Program or Fastech F.O.P. (Full Orthotic Program) are designed and manufactured by Fastech Labs. The consumable products include moldable orthotic blanks, support materials, met pads and heel lifts. Equipment supplied by Fastech includes convection oven, molding pillow systems and grinder with self contained dust collection.

Direct Mold Orthotic Products

Our pre-molded foot orthotics are (most) therapeutic in treating and preventing excessive-pronation and related conditions such as: shin splints, plantar fasciitis, heel pain, heel spurs, bunions, knee pain (iliotibial band syndrome, chondromalacia), and lower back pain. They are biomechanical foot orthotics, not typical over the counter flimsy insoles which provide little (if any) therapeutic support and control. We make our pre-molded orthotics at our custom (prescription) orthotics facility in Troy, Michigan, using hi-tech materials.

Rigid Sole and Post Op Plates

These RigidSolePlates (RSP), designed by Fastech Labs are constructed to limit range of motion at the MP joints. They assist with "toe off" during gait and are used post operatively to limit MP dorsiflexion. RSP's are made with 100% composite class fibers laminated with acrylic resins. It is suitable for applications that require a balance stiffness in all directions. Fastech Labs RSP's are made in full, 3/4 and half plate lengths with varying firmness levels available.

Fastech Labs markets all materials and equipment needed so your retail shop can make "direct mold" custom footbeds. Fastech markets a unique variety of custom and performance pre-molded foot support products for downhill (Fastech Pre-Mold Ski Insole, Fastech Performance Ski S'port Insole), snowboard, cross country, and off season sports (MotionSport Insole, MySport Running Insole) including cycling and all motion sports. All products are designed by and manufactured by Fastech Labs. Equipment supplied by Fastech includes convection oven , molding pillow systems, and grinder with self contained dust collection. The Fastech custom foot support products are compatible with other “direct mold” systems in use today.(re: Comformable, Sidas, Ped-Tek).
